BERTHS FOR JOURNALISTS. LONDON, February 20. As a result of the rearrangement of berths excluding cinema operators, accommodation on the Renown is now provided for six journalists. Berths will presently ibe allotted to Reuter's representative and the joint rcprosenj tatives of "The Times" and "Daily Mail,*' the "Morning Post" with the "Express," and the "Telegraph," probably with the "Chronicle." FRINGE IN A SNOWSTORM. LONDON, February s*l. The Prince of AValcs took part in the Pytchley hunt yesterday and was caught in a heavy snowstorm near Wecdon. Tlm storm came after a remarkably mild winter, the blizzaro commencing in Scotland and coming south.
