The president of the Athletio Union, discussing the prospects, said the New Zealand representative at the recent conference stated that the Dominion will probably send three competitors and finance them. There was no objection to these travelling with the Australian team, despite the tact that New Zealand .was a separate nation so far as the games were concerned.
