MEXICAN BANDITS
HOI/D ANOTHER AMERICAN FOR RANSOM. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received February 8 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, February 6. The State Department has received an unconfirmed report to the effect that Villa’s bandits are holding Joseph Askew, an American, and are demanding 20,000 dollars as ransom.
