DAMAGE IN NORTH QUENSLAND.

During the night most of the residences on tho waterfront were unroofed. The gale readied a. velocity of a. hundred miles 9*i, hour. Many gallant rescues were made by the police and ambulance workers. The damage in Oaims is now estimated at £39,000.
