WAR PENSIONS
DECISIONS OF THE BOARD. Tho cases covered by the War Pensions Act of soldiers who met with death or disablement while in training, or employed in a military capacity m Now Zealand, havo been denned as fallows by tho War Pensions Board, whose decision has been, confirmed by the Minister for Defence:— (1) Death or disablement in New Zealand of soldiers attached to the training camps for the Expeditionary Force 3 (now closed). (2) Death or disablement arising from the actual performance of military duty in cases of persons employed (a) in permanent Defence forces; (b) on the New Zealand Staff Corps; (c) on garrison
duty at tho forts; (d) as guards of wireloss stations; (e) as guards for prisoners of war; (f) on picquets or patrol posts; (g) in tho military hospitals. . . Officers responsible..,will reply to inquiries and correspondence onthis-Subr iect in accordance with these rulings, which must be taken as final.
