FUND TO ASSIST EMIGRATION. Australian and N Z. Cnblo Association. LONDON, November 5. The National Relief Fund has allocated half a million to as-sist porsons who suffered through tho war to emigrate overaoaa. A difficulty in giving immediate effect to tho scheme lios in the absence of shipping accommodation. The Overseas Settlement Committee has been charged with the selection of suitable porsons.
