The Shaw, Savill and Albion Co. advises that the Tropic was able to load in the Wanganui roadstead yesterday. She is to leave there on Monday for Brisbane. The Putiki is duo at Wellington on Monday from Napier via coast with wool, and is to sail on Monday evening again for the coast to get more wool. The coastal steamer John is now not expected to get away from Wellington until to-morrow for Dunedin. The Kaitangata is to get away iron Wellington at noon to-day with general cargo for Auckland. The Wanaka. on completion of the discharge of her load of Newcastle coal, is to leave SVellingtoa again for Newcastle. The Canterbury Co.’s steamer Karu is now not expected to arrive at Wellington until next Wednesday from Turakoho. She will leave hero on the following day for Now Plymouth. The Corinna is to leave New Ply mouth at noon to-day for Wellington, where she is due about 6 o”olock tomorrow morning. On Tuesday night a wireless message was received from Wellington asking the Koromiko. if she had picked up an S.O.S. (distress) call, but nothing further was hoard of tho matter. The Koromiko brought 8500 tons of coal and 18 tons of general cargo—mostly wheelright’s timber. The Union Company received telegraphic advice yesterday that there was too much sea on the Greymouth bar yesterday morning for shipping movements. It was expected, however, that the bar would be workable last night. The Karamu, which arrived in the stream at Wellington at 10.40 o’clock last night from Dunedin and Oamaru, has a full cargo to discharge here. The vessel is to leave hero to-morrow for Westport . The Te Anau, which arrived at Wellington early yesterday morning from Gisborne, is to sal to-day with general cargo for DuUedtn.. . THE KARAMEA. ° The Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Karamea was able to resume loading in tho Wanganui roadstead yesterday, and is now expected to arrive at Wellington on Tuesday to fill up. The vessel will get away from Wellington for London via Panama about the 15th or 16th inst. BELLBUCKLE AT AUCKLAND. The U.S. and A. Line chartered steamer Bellbuokle arrived at Auckland on Wednesday evening from New York .via Panama. Dalgety and Co., the local agents, advise that the vessel is to leave Auckland on Wednesday for Wellington, where she is due next Friday. At this port the, Bellbuokle will discharge 2600. tons of cargo (including 84,000 cases or of oil and 40 cases motor-cars). She will load several thousand sacks of pens at Wellington for New York, and will then proceed on to Sydney and Melbourne to comnlete discharge and to load for the American port. THE MOERAKI. Tho Moeraki left Wellington last evening for Lyttelton, and is due back here on Sunday from that port. She is to leave Wellington at 5 p.m. on Monday direct for Sydney. THE PORT ELLIOT. Tho C. and D. liner Port Elliot is to leave Wellington at daybreak this morning for Gisborne for Homeward loading. She is duo back hero 'on tho 18th inst., and is to sail on tho 21st for London via Panama. OPAWA LEFT COLON. Tho Now Zealand Shipping Company have received cable advice that their liner Opawa arrived at Panama on October 29th from Wellington and left Colon on October 31et for London via Newport News. The vessel left Wellington on October 2nd. NBUMARE LEFT RED SEA. The British Government steamer Neumark left Safago, Red Sea, on' September 30th with a cargo of basic phosphates. A portion of the cargo will bo landed at Auckland, and the balanuo at Wellington. She is expected to reach Auckland on November 12th. PAPAROA DUB TO-DAY. The liner Paparoa has announced by wireless that she will arrive in the stream at Wellington at 8 this morning from Bristol v!S Panama. If tho vessel is found to be a ’’clean ship" she will berth at 10 o’clock this morning at the King’s wharf to disembark returning soldiers, civilian passengers, and to discharge about 1000 tons of general cargo. The Paparoa is expected to get away from Wellington on Monday for Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete, discharge. Tho N.Z. and African Co. are tho local agents. MAKUBA’S MOVEMENTS. The Union Co. advises that the R.M.S. Makura is t* leave Sydney to-morrow week for Auckland, and is to get away from Auckland on November 20th for Vancouver via ports.
