fourth day GOOD PROGRAMMES AND GOOD AUDIENCES. The morning, afternoon, and evening programmes for the C'ompetilr.ons yesterday were well up to standard; and good audiences, especially in the U'cning, were attracted by both the musical and the recitation sections.
