The terrible condition of Russian prisoners wandering and starving in Germany is one of the tragedies of tho war. The total of those suffering firm famine and sickness is estimated at from fibOO to 8000. Many British officers, after four years’ internment in Germany are not returning to England hi order to co-operate in the relief of Russians. ,
