FATAL ACCIDENT
Freftg Association. TAUMARUNUI, February I?.' An accident occurred at Matapun*, near Taumarnnui, on Sunday. A man, George Scrimshaw, was riding a’horse, when it stumbled. The rider win thrown over the horse’s head, a fid rendered unconscious. He was takhn to the hospital, but did not' regain consciousness, and succumbed to hie injuries this morning. He leaves a wife and child. His wife resides at Wellington. . A verdict was returned that deceased met his death as a result of accidentally falling from a horse. •
