ARMENIAN-KILLER COMMITS • SUICIDE. Renter's Telegrams. (Received February 15, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, February 13. Advices from Constantinople state that Dr Reshid-- Bey, a former vali of Dairbekir, who was implicated in the Armenian massacres, and recently escaped from custody, was finally surrounded by the police. He committed suicide.
