PROGRESS OF DEMOBILISATION. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association. NEW YORK, February 13. The Washington correspondent of the "Now York Times" says that from tho signing of tho Armistice to February Bth more than 287,332 American soldiers in Europe have embarked for the United States, and 1,136,570 have been discharged in the United States. The Paris correspondent of tho Now York "Evening Sun" says it is estimated that 20,000 American soldiers have married French women, and more than 60,000 soldiers asked permission to make permanent homes in France. Tho authorities advised them to return to tho United States.
