ULTIMATUM TO HERR EBERT

The “New York Times” correspondent at Washington says that the situation in Germany and other European countries where Bolshevism is reported to be spreading with alarming rapidity causes the greatest concern to the United States Government. Dispatches received by the State Department confirm the press reports 1 thaifc the German Radicals have delivered an ultimatum to Ebert’s Government, and are seriously threatening its downfall.
