R. McDonald. As shown by the advertisement, 600 acres of the property had lately been sold, and the stock brought forward for the special eale was offered on an unreserved basis. The quality of the yarding all though—both sheep and cattlewas of the highest order, and competition under the hammer for each line offered was exceptionally keen, buyers being present from all parts of the district. The 4 and 5-year steers were an exceptionally good line of cattle;., the top lot, which made JCIB, boing in very forward condition.
