The Wellington Bast, Lower Hntt, and Railways No. 2 teams having tied for second place in the A Grade of the interclub matches, a shoot-ofi took place last week. The Railway No. 1 team also t<-ok part in this match, but the result htd no effect on its position as winner of the series. The shooting resulted as follows: —Railway (N. 2), 33D; Wellington Kast, 336; Railway (No. 1), 329; Lower Hutt, 318. The individual scores were : Railway No. 2-Cook, 69; Craig, 69; Watson 68; Wellings, 67; Porteous. 16. Wellington East—Staples, 69; Gawith, 68; Spencer, 67; Smart, 67; Neal, 65. Railways No. 1-Ewart, 68; Muir, 67; Lundon 66; Dayman, 65: Lee. 63. Lower Hutt—Body, 67; Kershaw, 66; Warburton, 66; Henderson, 62; Baoumgree, 57- . . . _ , This leaves the Railway No. 1 team as the winner of the series, with Railway No. 2 as runnor-up.
