The Supreme Court session concluded n't midnight, when a jury gave "a-iverdicf for Mrs Tomkies for £l-50 .damages against the 'Railway Department for an accident at tho Ngaka-wau bridge, on the ground of negligence- on the part of railwayman. Mrs Tomkies claimed over £SOO.
