The extension of the Boys’ Naval Brigade Movement nnd the establishment of proper training institutions with the view of the preparation of boys for a sea career whenever possible, for the elimination of aliens from the British Mercantile Marine. 8. Tho administration of tho funds provided at tho instance of tho league at Home and overseas for the relief of tho dependents of tho men of the sea services who have lost their lives in tho war, and for the education and apprenticeship of their children.
