WEATHER PROSPECTS
(By the Dominion Meteorologist.)
Present indications (5 p.m. yesterday) are for moderate to strong southerly to westerly winds in the north and freshening northerlies in the south. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but showerv about East Cape and hoveaux Strait. Barometer unsteady, with a rising tendency at present in the jgorth, but falling everyhero shortly.
