Are you sure you do not desire to explain your conduct?” ■ Each of the accused said he had nothing to say, and Inspector Marsack said that there were two military warrants out for, the arrest, of. two .of the accuscd. You are a stnrdy-looking ’bunch' and I expected .something better of you. 1 ' For'leaving the Dominion without a permit -each -accused was convicted and sentenced to throe months’ imprisonment, and on the second charge they were ordered to pay 4)9 each passage money, in default to go to prison for a month. Michael O’Connor, who was charged with, failing .to enrol in the Reserve, was convicted and discharged.
