Of the 77 who embarked on active service, 13 were killed in action, one died on service, 41 arc still serving with the Expeditionary Forces, 19 have returned to New Zealand on duty, three have returned to New Zealand for retirement, and one has been transferred to the Imperial Army. Of the officers who hate returned some have again become fit for active service, and these will return to the Expeditionary Forces from time to time as suitable officers are found to fill their places.
