The following summary of the sale( of War Loan Certificates hv the Post Office during the month of May 1918, has been issued by tho Actiug-Posti master-Genoral (tho Hon. W D S MacDonald): —
The total sales of War Loan Certificates since tho issue of tho recent loan of £9,500,000 have been £959,165 and the total sales smeo certificates ’wer* first issued £3,867,939.
