RECRUITING QUESTION DELAY IN HOME RULE BILL. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright Australian and N.Z. " Cable Association. LONDON, June 13. It is understood "that Irish-Amorican troops will be trained in Ireland, and it is hoped that this will give an impetus to recruiting. Satisfaction is expressed in Ireland in consequence of tho statement .that the Government intends to Comb out many thousands of British aliens who fled to Ireland to avoid conscription. ! The lobby correspondent of the "Daily News'' states that tho Government's Drafting Committee' is not progressing with -the Homoi Rule Bill. | None of the parties will agree to the draft prepared at the outset, and the Government has no proposals to offer.
