Erio OSullivnn, a youth, when charged with allowing a horse to wandor at Eastbourne, said ho was not guilty of allowing the animal to roam, but was guilty of it-* roaming. The evidence showed that the horso had boon waTrlorinp: on several occasions Mr S. B. McCarthy.
