THEIR SALARIES, EXPENSES AND BONUSES. A return laid on the table of the House of Representatives’ yesterday) shows the salaries, fees and expenses paid to members of the Transport Board from August 17th, 1914, till July 31st, 1917. Captain Walker has received no salary, but drew £2012 17s in fees (£3 3s a day when employed) and £97 12s expenses. Captain Post has received £ISOO salary and £452 9s 2d expenses. J. Macpherson £1074 salary, and £591 Ss Id expenses.
Captain Stringer £975 salary and £66 17s 6d expenses. Major W. H. Robinson has received £1026 4s Id salary and £IOO 5s 4d expenses. AH the preceding have received in addition a £SO bonus each. The return was made at the instance of Dr Nerwman.
