TRENTHAM v. FEATHERSTON. When representatives of the two camps met at Wellington early in the season a keen exciting game was seen. Since then regular weekly matches have been played in the camps, and with numerous representative players available both camps can now place in tho field teams as good as, if not better than, the average inte-rprovinoial team of prewar days. The return match is being played this afternoon at Athletic Park, and everything points to patrons witnessing a first-class exhibition, which should rank with any match seen here this season. Many players on both sides are known ,to local followers of Rugby, who will welcome what is probably their last appearance on the field before proceeding on . active service. Gn the . No. 2 ground. Wellington and Pc-tone meat in the junior championship, and there will be an early match organised by the St. James senior cadets at 1.30. ASSOCIATION GAMES. This afiternoon a number of important games will be decided on Association P'ark Kilbimie. ■ Isiland Bay and Wadestown will play for the 6Uhi B grade championship. Marist and Kar-ori (championship winners) will play in the semi-final of the Henderson Memorial Cup and Boys’ institute Old Boys will play Nomads, one cf the leading teams in ChristcshuTch. at 3 p.m. This game should well repay a visit,, as Noratuis are a splendid combination of players, and Institute Old Boys ; have also a very capaoie team, being runners-up in the senior championship. Nomads’ team will be as follows:—Goal, Dobbs; backs, Muirson and Hunt; halves. King, Liliburn and Burnside- forwa-rds, Cummins, O’Callaghan, O’Neil, Passmore, Whitta. Boys’ Institute team will be picked fiiom Cox, Wanden, Bell, Lambert, Hayvice, Eastwood, Murie, McArthur. Evans, Smith, Mence, Houston, Owens.
