. DSINKING WITH- MEALS CAUSES ..indigestion;- ; ■ “Ton should never drink with meals if you are troubled with indigestion," I was. told at a time when I-could hardly eat a meal without suffering {afterwards. I followc-d-.,the. a(dyicOi.ri2idly, and, although I was some’.vhat„rElisved, still suffered a good-, deal, 1 ,1 tried several medicines, but without ..any bonoSeial effect, until a medical friend recommended taking about half a teaspoonful of ordinary' bisurated magnesia in half a cupful of warm, water .after, each meal and at bedtime. r .-,Xho result-was quite satisfactory. The’ bisurafed. magnesia entirely counteracted the. acidity in tho stomach, which causes dyspepsia; relief camo almost immediately; and I am now able to eat. drink, my meals without bad effects. Drinking with my meals does not worry me now. In case any readers would like to trj this excellent remedy, which I understand relieves other kinds of-indiges-tion just as effectually as it did-mine, I mav add that it is obtainable from any chemist, but I strongly odvise-any-one trying it to make perfectly sure they get the hisurated.',magnesia,: other forms not ‘ being so suitable for this purpose.—E.T.G, *
