J. A. Hanan: “As a natter of fact, I have stiffened up the - } standard of qualification for the proficiency certificate. The Catholic children, like the others, are examined on the test. The test,” ho explained. “had been raised in order to!seeure that all those allowed free places would be able to benefit from secondary education. (Hear, hear.) Air Payne: “Then it is not true.”
