Probate of tho last will and two codicils of tho late George Prior Donnelly, of “Otatara.” Taradale, sheepfarmer, was granted to-day by the Cbiei Justice to three of the executors, Messrs Henry Valentine Hoadley, Alexander Bulwer Oampbell, and Hutton Ewan Troutbeck, leave being reserved to grant like probate to James Hugh Buchanan Coates, remaining executor, if he should apply; for it. By the combined operation of will and codicils the following dispositions were made of- the property of the testator:— To his daughter, Maud Airini Tiakitei La Morte. the “Otatara” freehold estate situate in Taradale (being the, property purchased; from the late Mr 1 Henry Williams); to his sister, Mary Hoadley, £10,000; to hie sister. Man-, nah :Donnelly, an annuity of £350; - to his sister, Nannie Shaw, an annuity of £250; to his niece, Maud Mery Lana 1 downe Shaw, an annuity of £250 ; to his nephew, Henry Valentine Hoadley, £15,000; to his nephew, ' Guy Lansdowne Shaw, £lO, (XX) to be applied in reduction of testator’s, guarantee for “Ngamatea” estate; to his nephew. Prank Beresford Donnelly. £5000: to his nephew, Claude Donnelly, £5000; to Dr. Boss,, formerly of Waapawa, £2000; to his old and, valued friend, James Hugh Buchanan Coates, an annuity of £6OO, and after his death the game annuity to his sister, Lavinia Coates; to Patrick Donnelly, son of the said Frank Beresford Donnelly, on his attaining the age of 21 years, £1000; to his brother,. Harry Langley Donnelly, an annuity of £200; to his friend, James McPherson McLean, £6000; to his friend, Wilhelm John Stratton, £6OOO and an annuity of £250; to his friend, Alexander Bulwer Campbell, £IOOO and' one per centum on net value of the estate for death duty purposes; to his friend, Thomas Victor Morrin, £5000; to his daughter, Maud Airini Tiakitai La Morte testator’s stud thoroughbred horse business and all horses and other properties arid appurtenances thereof. All the above gifts are free of duty. All the residue of the estate is given to three grandchildren—Derek Churchill Prior Perry, Nellie Airini Elizabeth Perry, and Moori Francis Churchill Perry—in equal shares as a class if and when they respectively attain the ago of _ 21 years, or being feniale marry, subject to the payment of the income of one-fourth part to Maud Airini.
