MEDICAL RE-EXAMINATIONS
COMBING OUT THE FIRST DIVI- > SION. Tho combing out of the First Division commenced at Auckland yesterday morning with tho re-examination of First Division reservists previously rejected on account of physical unfitness. The 'special-Military Board- set Up for the purpose will travel through the principal centres of the Dominion, completing its work at Invercargill on December 18th. The following are the dates set down for re-examining the men in the Wellington military district; — Taamarunui —September 22 nd to 34th. Wanganui—September 24th to 26tjv. Haw era —September 27ib to 159th. Palmerston N. —October 2nd to 6th. Napier—October 6th to Btb. Dishorne—October 9th to 11th. Woodville —October 13th. Maaterton- —October 13tb- to 16th. Wellington—October 17th to 22nd, > ; The Medical Board is composed as follows: —Lieutenant-Colonel P. O. Andrew, N.Z.MJC-, principal medical officer* Trontham Camp, since 1915; Captain A. W. Hogg, N.Z.M.0., of Trentham Camp; Captein W. B. Meroer, iN.ZJVI.O.; and Major G. R. Blackett, M.C.-
