SOME WELLINGTON PRIZE WINNERS. (Special to the "Times/’) MASTERTON, July 2«. At tho annual show of the Masterton Poultry Society this afternoon. We) lington exhibitors took a number of prizes. In Rhode Island Reds W. Dave? (Wellington) secured one first and one second, 3. Mclvor (Wellington) two firsts ami a third, and Mrs M. E. Price (Wellington) two seconds and a third. In Bantams, J. Ball (Lower Hutt) won four firsts. In Minorcas J. B. Wilson (Lower Hutt) secured a first, a second, and a third; and J. H. Allen (Wellington) a third. In -Leghorns J. H. Allen secured a second.
j. Hall (Wellington) won the championship in mules and first prize in greenfinches. ' Championships were won as follows; Old English Game. —P. C. Anderson. Bhode Island Beds.—W. Davty (Wellington). Black Bosocorah Bantams.—T. C. Morris. Following ar© the winners of specials Black Orpington in Show.—H. M. Boddington. Best Silver Wyandotte in Show.—Mrs T. Newman. Best White Leghorn in Show.—E. 0. Jarrett. Best White Leghorn Pallet.—S. H. Day (Wellington). Black Orpington Cockerel.—A. Campbell (Mt. Bruce). Best White Bock in Show.—A. Cole. Best Utility Heavy Bird in Show.—A. Class. —J. B. T.
