WEATHER PROSPECTS
(Br the Government Meteorologist.) Present indications (5 p.m. yesterday) aro for easterly gales northwards of Kawhia and East Capo and increasing (south-easterly winds elsewhere. Expect dull, misty and wet weather generally and heavy rain in the northern and eastern districts of the North Island. Conditions are threatening north-west-ward of the Dominion and the barometer is likely to fall soon in the north. (Summary on last page.)
