NOTICE! i« hereby given that it is intended to introduce into the Parliament of New Zealand at its next session, and to endeavour to pass into law a Bill to be intituled AN ACT to empower the Borough Council of Karori to manage and invest a renewal Fund in connection with certain Undertakings. It will be sought to authorise tho Council to pay into an account to bo called The Renewals Account certain moneys now in the hands of the Council and sat aside out of the. revenue from tramways and also moneys hereafter to bo appropriated out of the revenue of any undertakings of the Council and to pay to Commissioners the moneys aforesaid and it is proposed to provide that such accumulated and other moneys may from time to time be expended upon any considerable renewals required for such undertakings and that on debentures issued in respect of or the proceeds of which have been expended on any undertaking becoming due the balance (it any) of the moneys received from revenue of such undertaking may be expended in aid of sinking funds set aside to extinguish such debentures. ...
