HOTEL CLOSING HOUR
ASHBURTON DEMAND. Press Association. ASHBURTON, June 20. A largely attended public meeting of citizens held last evening carried a motion demanding legislation for a reduction in the hours for the selling of liquor. Petitions signed by 3000 names from the electorate were handed to Mr Nosworthy, M.P.
