YEiSTE ED AY’S POLICE CASES. , Before Mr L. G. Eeid. S.M.. yesterday Edward Moram was fined 10s. in default three days for drunkenness, Sydney Daniel Richardson, charged with assaulting Percy Flynn on the loth inst., was remanded for a week. William James Boyle and Francis Westerbv were convicted of threatening behaviour in Cuba street and were fined 10s or three days' imprisonment. David Euo was remanded till Monday on charges of the theft of a brief bag belonging to Samuel Speight, and underclothing of the value of 10s. the property .of Arthur Grimmer. Bail was allowed in the sum of 10. Jimmy Tauri, a young Maori of 20, pleaded guilty to having committed a burglary at the wArehouso of the Stewart Timber Glass and Hardware Company, Ltd., and stolen a cash-box containing XT is 2d on the 12th inst. He was ’committed to the Supreme Court for “sentence.
