COMPENSATION CASE
DAMAGES AWARDED. Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 12. The Arbitration Court awarded tho widow, son, and daughter of William Grace, labourer, £434 and costs against the Xjjokland Gas Company. Deceased was employed bv the company laying a gas service .in a house, and received a cut on a finger, from which' tetanus resulted, causing his death. The court was satisfied that the injury arose out of and was sustained in the course of his employment.
