The total trade ('excluding specie) of the Dominion for February, 1917, was £4 753,747 —imports £1,376,820; exports, £3.376,927; excess of exports over imports. £2.000,332 For February of the Previous year the conespondine figures ivero—-total trade, £<n,ULo,'191: imports, £1,762,804: exports, £4,260.387; excess of exports, £2,Excluding troops of the Expeditionary Forces, the number of immigrants coming to the Dominion in February last was 1,477 —males 716, females /31; assisted immigrants 2i. The number of emigrants from- the Dominion, on the other hand, was 2606—males 937, females 084; excess of emigrants over immigrants, 174. For February, 1916, .the excess of emigrants over immigrants was 278.
