Messrs J- H, Betlume and Co. announce in our auction columns that, under instructions from tho directors of Mew Gracefleld, limited, they are holding the first sale of sections of this charming new subdivision, on tho ground. Gracefleld, Lower Hutt, today, Saturday, at 2.50 n.m. This property adjoins tho Hutt Park, and is on the Now Park road from Potono station. It is the garden suburb of Petone and tho Hutt. Forty-two allotments are being offered, and plans, and all particulars may be obtained on application to the auctioneers or to Mr John Ward, Gracefleld.
