The Melbourne Electric Supply business has boon sold to the Lee-Higgin-son Company, of Boston, for 1,250,000 dollars in stocks, carrying interest for five years at the rate of 6 per cent. At the end of five years the stocks trill bo convertible into gold or bonds.
