For Coughs and Colds, never fails, 1( 6d-* Miss Josephine Lewis, daughter of Mr Lewis, of the literary staff of the Brisbane "Telegraph,” has been appointed to a sub-prof easorship at the Eoyal 'Academy of Music, London, the first time such a position has been won by a student from Queensland. Miss Lewis, who is a licentiate of the Academy where she has been studying for some years, already has six pupils, says an English paper.
