ARAHURA OFFICER SAYS LINER WAS MOVING.

At the. nautical inquiry regarding the Gisborne collision, Alexander Piper, chief officer of the Arahura, stated that the liner was moving towards iho Arahura, ho thought at tho rnto of two or three knots an hour.
