CAMP NOTES

TRENTHAM. Tho allocation of camp duties for today is as follow; —Captain of the day, 2nd Lieutenant N. J. A. McKeefry, C Company, 25th Reinforcements; subaltern of the day, 2nd Lieutenant N. XI. Harper, C Company, 25th Reinforcements; camp orderly sergeant-major, Sergeant-Major W. ll■ Donaldson; unit for duty, C Company, 2oth Reinforcements (A ments, supftly shortage). The principal medical officer’s cup for the best-kept hut for the week ending March 17th was won by B Company, 25th Reinforcements; C Company, 25th Reinforcements, were second. Captain V. R. Bond has reported at the camp for duty and is posted to the Details. 2nd Lieutenant O. G. Thomas, Unattached List (B), has been granted the temporary rank uf lieutenant whilst employed as Officer Commanding Details, Trentham camp. Staff-Sergeant F. B. Turner .has reported at the camp for duty. The following pay-sergeants of the Army Pay Department have been attached to Tauhorenikau camp for duty; —W. D. Gordon. H. J. D. Power and F. J. Tolley. The following men having passed the prescribed tests arc classified as trained signallers and are entitled to wear the efficiency badges:— 23ra Reinforcements.
