PERIL OF SIMPLE MISHAPS NAIL-SCRATCH CAUSED BADLY FESTERED SAND ZAM-BUK SAVES EXPENSE AND PAINScratching his hand against a rusty nail and neglecting the injury brought disaster to Mr Robert Wilson, and nothing but Zam-Buk could relieve his pain _or overcome the nasty festering and inflammation. Mr Wilson, who lives at Green lane, Remuera, Auckland, N.Z., says; "For a long time I suffered from a badly poisoned hand, caused by the palm becoming scratched by a. rusty nail. I thought little of the injury at first, but within a day or two I began ‘o be aware that my neglect had landed me into serious trouble. "The injured place got hot and throbbing, and began to fester, and the hand swelled np to such an extent ttat I feared the inflammation was going to spread into my arm too. I went to a chemist, who supplied me with a lotion for the wound, but instead of bringing me relief it caused the hand to become decidedly worse, and I began to have grave concern as to how the matter would end up, "I had decided to call in a doctor, when e neighbour brought us a pot of Zam-Buk for me to try. I decided to use this before going to any further expense, and the result fully justified my neighbour's good opinion of ZamBuk. Even the first dressings of the balm brought me rgmarkable ease, by soothing the pain and cooling the hot wound. I was so relieved that I got another pot and kept on applying regular dressings of Zam-Buk. Before this second pot was finished, all the festering and swelling had completely disappeared, and the injury was healed up perfectly. Now the hand is quite strong and sound again.” Zam-Buk has proved successful in the treatment of itching _ eczema, bad legs, ulcers, piles, festering wounds, scalp sores, ringworm, scaly patches, and skin diseases and injuries. Of all chemists ahd storekeepers. Is 6d and Ss 6d per pot.
