The booklet contains full information. of the procedure in patenting inventions, also a list of inventions that are needed and how to make a patent pay, besides a quantity of other useful matter invaluable to those who have an idea, however simple, that may be turned to profitable account. • The world’s products of lead pencils probably amonnt to nearly 2,000,000,000 a year, half of which are made from American-grown cedar. The United States makes about 750.000,000 a year, or more than eight pencils for each of its inhabitants.
