DAMAGE AT RABAUL. By T«lo»raph—Press Association—Gopyrtchl (Received January 13, 7.30 p.m.) BRISBANE, January 13The steamer Marsina, from Rabau], confirms that there was an earthquake in New Guinea, which did considerable damage to the suburbs of Rabau!. The shock was severe at Woodlark Island.
