SAILORS’ FRIEND SOCIETY
At the Sailors’ Friend Society last night, a pleasant programme Was provided by Mr and Mrs Peck and party. Various competitions added to the enjoyment of the evening. At* the close a hearty vote of thanks was accorded the performers, Mrs Peek, Messrs Peek, Clarke, Hyaihs, Stroppen (KaikoUra), Masters, and Katong (Rimutaka). Miss Gallichan was pianist.
