Thd Commonwealth has on order full equipment for 50,000 men, exclusive of all units and reinforcement units completed or authorised. Long before the winter the necessary arrangements were made to meet the needs 'of the Australians then in the field. Two Red Cross commissioners have been appointed to proceed to Egypt to cake up duties similar to those of the British commissioners.
