SUGAR CROP
By Teleeraph—Press Association —Copyrieb*. (Received July 14, 11.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 14. The Government does not propose to compulsorily acquire the sugar crop, and is prepared to pay £lB per ton if the farmers desire to sell. The value of the crop is estimated at £400,000.
