"The Times’ y has - received a telegram on behalf of two thousand skilled British mechanics who are unemployed in Vancouver, many of them destitute, stating that pro-German influences are active to keep them there. They asked ’‘The Times ’ to obtain transportation for all volunteering for munition work. The Alinistry of Alunitions promises to bring them hack. .
