Charlosworth. architect, and are bej ing carried into execution by Messer* Campbell and Burke, builders. The whole of the interior of the Gresham,; is being remodelled and an up-to-date! hotel newly furnished by the genial licensee, will be the result. Altogether, ‘some .£SOOO is being spent In , the im/ ( prevementa. On the ground floor there, will be a large oval bar, modem in dot sign, a vestibule, and a largo dining*; room. The first • floor, when complete# will contain bedrooms, > commercial rooms, smoking-rooms, and sitting-rooms,; and the second floor bed and sitting* rooms.
