Doctor Eywson, president of the Canadian Red Cross Association, has arrived from Havre. He stated that within two months there would be under way, along the entire western front, a tremendous drive which would bo the greatest of the war. He had see tv General Joffro, who said that the Germans would be out of France by the first of the coming year, and the war would be over in another year, when the Germans would he defeated.
